What if we honor Jesus coming to this earth by allowing ourselves to not be held captive to self-loathing thoughts? What if we talked some truth to ourselves about what food really looks like in December? (Hint: Not everyday is a party with ten peanut butter balls calling your name. Most days are really normal.)
